  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchange:
  • Customer must contact us within 7-days after the delivery, to return the item back to us.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Our dedicated team will inspect the item to confirm and will let you if them item is qualified for return or exchange.
  • Original receipt must be provided for return/exchange.
  • Customer may decide to cancel the order within 24-hours to avoid the delivery.

  • Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
  1. Refunds:
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item at the time of delivery you can inform the delivery person immediately and we will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
